Delivery Time
We offer direct standard shipping from our US webshop to most locations across the country.
The time it may take for your Acaia products to reach you varies after an order is placed. Total time includes both order processing and delivery.
- Processing: 2-3 working days.
- Delivery: 3-14 days.
Delivery time depends on your location and, for international customers, your country’s customs protocols. Some countries may have stricter rules for inspecting parcels. Couriers can delay some deliveries.
We do not assume any responsibility for postal delays.
Please note, all packages will require a signature to avoid theft or incorrect delivery.
Shipping Insurance
As an optional purchase, we offer shipping insurance through Route. Shipping insurance is intended to protect packages against loss, theft, or damage before being received by you.
To opt in to this service during the checkout process, go to your cart page. Find the Route widget and click on the “Add” button. It is listed next to the “Shipping Insurance (Optional)” line item.
If you wish to file a claim for a lost, stolen, or damaged package, contact Route using one of the below methods:
- Route’s confirmation email you received after placing the order.
- Route mobile app.
- Route’s online claims form.

Order Changes
If you need to change your order, please contact our Support team immediately. If an order has already shipped, our policies are below:
- Address change: $20 change fee. This change fee is set by the fulfillment facility we work with.
- Product change: Since the package is in transit already, we can’t change items in the order. You’ll need to return the order for a refund (minus the original shipping cost) and place a new order. Contact us to initiate the return process. Please also review our return policy.
