About Sprout - EU Featured Roaster

Sprout Coffee Roasters was founded in 2019 by two brothers, Daniell and Ruben. Originally from Eindhoven in the Netherlands, they grew up in Perth, Australia. After owning a specialty coffee bar in Australia, the brothers returned to their hometown. With their extensive experience and passion for coffee, they established Sprout as a roastery with a tasting room. In addition to their love for coffee, they share a sense of humor, a passion for beer, and a devotion to hard work. They strive to preserve the values that farmers add to their coffee during cultivation. And aim to create the most sustainable coffee production system possible.

From November 11 to December 13, we are running a special holiday offer of free shipping on our EU and US websites. To ensure your orders arrive before December 24, we recommend placing them by December 13.

US

Free shipping: shipping fees waived up to $39. However, it does not apply to orders including the Orbit or next-day air shipping.

EU

Orders valued over €100 on our European webshop receive free shipping and a 250 g bag of coffee from Sprout Coffee Roasters. This offer is valid for orders including the Orbit. Next-day delivery is not available.

The free direct shipping applies to addresses in 34 countries across the continent, including the following:

Extended Return Window

Returns and exchanges are welcome for most products within 30 days of purchase. Orders placed from November 11 to December 31, 2024, have an extended holiday return policy. Holiday returns will be accepted until February 1, 2025. You can see our normal return policy here.

Our team will be taking a well-deserved break during the festive season. Our customer service and office hours will be adjusted to reflect this.

International

  • January 1: The Taiwan office will be closed for the New Year.

  • January 27 - February 2: The Taiwan office will be closed for the Lunar New Year.

US

  • November 28 - 29: Our US office will be closed for Thanksgiving. Support messages are only open on social media on a reduced-hour basis. We will resume normal email and social media hours on December 2.

  • December 24 - January 1: The US office will be closed for customer support emails and repairs.

  • December 24 - January 2: Support messages via social media will be paused. Normal service resumes on Jan 3.

Europe

  • The EU office and warehouse will be closed for customer support and repairs from December 24 to January 1. Normal services resume on Jan 2.

Japan

  • Our Japan team will be off from December 27 to January 5. Normal services resume on January 6 including shipping, customer support, and repairs.
