World of Coffee is back and heading to Athens! We're getting ready to travel to this year's event in the Greek capital on June 22-24. Find us and our products at booth 3-J1. Make sure to drop by our booth to:

- Enjoy some delicious coffee at our Brew Bar from roasters based across Europe
- You can bring your scale to us for repair and calibration. We’ll also be selling some open-box products. Please remember this is first-come, first-served, so we will not reserve items.
- The EU team will attend this year's event, so our EU office will be closed for customer service emails and repairs from June 20-26.

Demo Our Products
On stand 3-J1, we are demoing a range of our product catalog. You can find the Orion Bean Doser, Pearl, Pearl Model S, Lunar, and more in action at the booth. We will also be demoing three of our latest products: the Orbit grinder, Ion Beam, and Orion Nano.
Our first-ever coffee grinder, the single-dose Orbit has a range of unique abilities to elevate your coffee game. These features include automatic cleaning purge, advanced control of RPM through the companion app, and grind-by-weight when connected to an Acaia Lunar. The Ion Beam is a specialized ion generator. It is designed to work with the Orbit or other coffee grinders, providing a solution to the common problem of static generated during the grinding process.
We will also be showing the brand-new Orion Nano, make sure to drop by the booth to see it dose!

Open Box Sales and Product Support
The team will be selling some open-box products during the event. We recommend visiting the booth early in the day as these sales will be first-come, first-served. We cannot reserve items.
And whether you are competing at the World Championships, exhibiting, or simply enjoying the event as a visitor, stop by our booth for any fine-tuning or scale calibration.
Best New Product
We are submitting two products to this event's Best New Product Awards; the Orbit grinder and the Orion Nano. You can see both of them on display on the Specialty Coffee Association's dedicated stand and read more about them at the website here.
EU Office Closure
Our EU team will be at the show, so we ask that you be a little more patient with our service. Questions will be responded to as quickly as possible. Repairs in the Netherlands office will not be done during this time. EU repairs will resume on Tuesday, June 27.
Our international service team will be away June 22-25 and will be back to respond to emails Monday, June 26.
