📦 Starting November 13, we are running a special holiday offer of free shipping.
This offer has been extended and now lasts until December 15, and is available for all United States and selected European countries. The free shipping offer applies up to a $39 shipping fee (or €59 in the EU) and does not include the Orbit or next-day air. The discount applies automatically and does not require a code.
Europe
Our European webshop is running this offer of free shipping directly to 34 countries across the continent. This offer extends to addresses in Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom.
Ordering: We recommend ordering before or on December 12 to ensure orders arrive before December 24. The warehouse will continue shipping up until December 29, excluding closed office hours. It will be closed on January 1. Orders placed after December 31 will be sent out on January 2, 2024.
US
Ordering: We recommend ordering before or on December 8 to arrive before December 24. Keep in mind that FedEx cannot guarantee shipment dates, as noted in our shipping policy.
Orbit Coffee Bundle
For the holiday season, we are running something special on our US webshop.
We are coming together with the incredible roasters Copa Vida and Verve for a special Acaia grinder bundle offer.
From today, every Orbit Eclipse edition purchase will include either of the following:
- A free three-month subscription to Verve Coffee
- A one-time order of three bags of coffee from Copa Vida
You will receive a code to redeem your free coffee with the grinder purchase. For the Verve option, a 12-ounce bag of coffee of your choice will arrive at your door each month for three months. With the Copa Vida bundle, you receive three 12-ounce bags of coffee in one order. This means no need to worry about sourcing your beans over the holiday break!

International
- Jan. 1: The Taiwan office is closed for the New Year.
- Feb. 8-14: The Taiwan office is closed for the Lunar New Year.
US
- Nov. 23-24: Our US team will be off to recharge for the upcoming end of the year. You can still message us through our social media if you have any queries, and we will be back to respond to support emails on November 27.
- Dec. 22-Jan. 1: The US office will be closed for customer support, social media, and repairs. Customer support emails will resume on January 2.
Europe
- Dec. 22-26: The European office is closed. Reopens on December 27.
- Jan. 1: The European office and warehouse are closed. Shipments and support resume on January 2.
Extended Returns
Returns and exchanges are welcome for most products within 30 days of purchase. Orders placed from November 15 to December 31, 2023, have an extended holiday return policy. Holiday returns will be accepted until February 1, 2024. You can see our normal return policy here.
