Typical exclusions include large orders, bulky items such as Orion or Orbit, and products shipped from third party vendors such as coffee beans. Expedited rates are also excluded. Please see the current promotion explanation for more specific details.
Free Gift with Purchase
In most cases, free gifts with purchase may be added by the customer by using a specific add-on link on the product page. Sometimes a free gift will be automatically included during the order processing or fulfillment stages. Please see the current promotion text for specific details.
- Free gift items may ship separately and may require additional processing time.
- Consumable items such as coffee beans may not be returned or exchanged.
- Free gift items do not need to be returned if you return your Acaia product, and their cost will not be deducted from your refund amount.
Bundle Discounts
Items may be grouped together with a discount on the entire bundle. In the Cart, this may display as a per-item discount due to how the store software processes price changes. Bundle discounts apply only to the entire bundle and will not apply to individual items if purchased separately or if part of the bundled items are removed from your Cart.
Garage Sale, Refurbished, Open Box Discounts
Acaia periodically offers items for sale in Refurbished or Open Box condition. These items have been sold to a customer and returned, or used for product demonstrations. The products have been assessed to be in acceptable working condition and carry a 6-month manufacturer warranty. They may not include all the original box contents and accessories. Please see the product listing pages for specific information about each product and the box contents. Garage Sale items are considered Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
