This year’s holiday offers highlight two roasters who share our dedication to craftsmanship and precision.
Passenger Coffee: Based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Passenger is known for its commitment to quality and flavor preservation. Their meticulous sourcing and roasting bring exceptional balance and clarity to every cup.
Upper Left Roasters: Upper Left produces unique and consistent coffees while supporting farmers with fair income and reinvestment in their crops. They also invest in barista training, allowing staff to grow professionally and expand coffee knowledge.
Extended Return Window
We’ve extended our holiday return policy for extra peace of mind. Orders placed between November 14 and December 31, 2025, are eligible for return or exchange until February 1, 2026. You can review our standard return policy here.

Our global teams will be taking a well-deserved break during the festival season. Please note the following schedules:
